北京2016年4月24日：Car Design News在北京揭晓了本年度中国汽车设计大赛获奖名单，由Chris Bangle主持。

大赛历时七届，CDN中国汽车设计大赛专业性独树一帜，为学生创造机会完成世界顶尖汽车制造商们出具的设计任务书并得到国际知名汽车设计师们的点评。所有评委都对今年提交的作品赞不绝口。来自吉林大学的张蓝予以作品观致 Saley，将年度最佳学生设计奖收入囊中

Ahead of the ceremony, the Car Design Awards China judges meet in Shanghai to debate the winners of each category. The deliberation process often takes hours, as the judges select the 10 best entries. However, while in some years the overall winner is incredibly tough to select, the 2016 contest was perhaps the easiest, with almost all judges picking the excellent Qoros Saley by Zhang Lanyu of Jilin University as the best entry in this year's competition.

“A wonderful, playful design that has been beautifully presented,” said Volvo Group's Asok George; “Simple, but with great appeal,” added JAC's Lou Tik; while Great Wall's Pierre Leclerq said “This little thing is really very cool. The complete storyboard is very appealing and fits its characters very well.”

典礼前，CDN中国汽车设计大赛的评委们在上海进行了现场甄选每个奖项，为了选出10个最当之无愧的获胜作品、经历了漫长的评审过程。在往届评审中，最终年度获奖选手的选择总是很难取舍；但今年在2016年却很容易，几乎所有的评委们都认为吉林大学张蓝予的作品Qoros Saley是今年大赛中最优秀的作品。

来自沃尔沃集团的Asok George说，“作品特别而富有吸引力，具有完美的表现手法”；来自江淮汽车的路迪说，“简约，吸引力非凡”；来自长城汽车的Pierre Leclerq说，“这个作品非常有创新性。 情景设计扣人心弦，完整到位的展现了各项特性。

年度总冠军获得:

• 全额资助前往美国College for Creative Studies参加为期4周的Cultural Immersion Workshop
  >>提供免费机票和交通（经济舱）- 从中国的城市出发，直到抵达学校的宿舍
  >>提供学习期间的免费住宿
  
  

单项奖获奖者将在以下方面得到奖励:

• 有机会被挑选前往大赛赞助企业实习
• 所在学校将获得一年Car Design News的会员资格供全体师生使用，同时还将获得一年Interior Motives杂志，总价值为2150美元
• 所有决赛和获奖选手将获得Car Design News特别制作颁发的证书
